About this Event
Walking to Wellness is a low key event designed to encourage the
novice or casual athlete to train for a challenging but attainable fitness
goal. This event is not a race. No places will be awarded. There will
be two $25 Chamber Bucks drawings for participating youth.
Healthworks is donating a day pass to their facility for each participant.

Registration
Participation is free, but registration is required. Entrants under the
age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, and parental consent is
necessary for walkers under age 18. Registration will be held at
the Sidney High School from 7:45 to 9:30am on the
morning of the event.

The Course
The walk will be held inside Sidney High School. One lap using hallways throughout the building is one half mile. Each walker can challenge themselves for distance.
