The airport is managed by the Sidney-Richland Airport Authority. Currently, the Chairman is Mel Tombre, the Vice-Chairman is Russell Huotari, the Secretary is Alan Seigfreid, and the Members are Larry Bieber and State Senator Walt McNutt.
