The Richland County Conservation District in co-operation with the Richland County Commissioners and MSU Extension - Richland County is installing weather stations around the county.  This site is part of a series of stations to more accurately gauge rainfall in Richland County. The district will be placing these weather stations in the outlaying areas of the county.
