The Brorson Farmhands were named 4-H Club of the Year during the Richland County 4-H Awards and Achievement Day held at Westside School in Sidney. The annual event was hosted by the Richland Rockets 4-H Club.
Quilts & More was the recipient of the Friend of 4-H Award, presented annually to an individual or business in recognition of outstanding service to the local 4-H program. Without the support of businesses and individuals of Richland County and the surrounding area, 4-H would not be the great program that it is.
Achievement Day serves as an event to highlight the accomplishments of those involved in the local 4-H program. There are a number of special awards presented to both members and leaders for their hard work throughout the year.
