Goal 2: To develop a process of continually evaluating effectiveness, accessibility and quality of RCHD. Core Function of Assessment: Evaluate Effectiveness, Accessibility and Quality
To do this we must identify points of strength and weakness and impose a plan of reform embracing both. We must also evaluate the needs of the community. It’s imperative to educate the public on the value RCHD brings to the county. Doing so will meet the essential service requirement of both evaluating and assuring a competent workforce. Addressing both essential requirements will establish competency in the core function of assessment.
