To mobilize community partnerships by developing multi-faceted approaches to brining awareness and buy-in from community members we will institute an annual conference to communicate with the community about public health issues. This conference should be representative of the entire county therefore be attended by at least one representative for each county organization involved in public health. Doing so will meet the essential service requirement and establish competency in the core function of policy development.
