What is the overall goal of the Project: Address community poverty-related needs by strengthening the community and the development of community infrastructure through a community building process. The process will engage individual citizens, citizen groups, and agencies to address community needs and will enable the community to develop and implement a strategic plan resulting in sustainable activities to meet community needs. |

What are the overall goals of the Project: Increase efficiency and improve standards for emergency medical care in Richland County .
1. Implement and provide education regarding AED and CPR programs throughout the community.
2. Raise recruitment and retainment levels for EMTs by 10%.
3. Increase fundraising for ambulance service by $10,000.

What are the overall goals of the Project: Assist in the building and redesign of our current computerized documentation system.
1. Assess what type of patient education is missing from our current system.
2. Develop a training/education manual for the end users.
3. Assist in the training of super users. |

ambulance services as well as create reference database for sustainability
of recruit/retainment data.
Step 4: Aid EMS director in filling weekly EMT time slot needs.
Step 5: Research and provide information regarding national EMS trends
including failing ambulance services to address local, state, and national
improvement opportunities. |

promote community awareness and support, as well as raise money. |
