The Richland County Health Department, Communities In Action and AmeriCorps*VISTA are teaming up to help the community form action groups to begin implementing the strategies and acheiving the goals identified in the Community Strategic Plan. Action groups are being formed around the areas of Physical Health/Recreation, Housing, Public Safety, High School Drop-Out Rate, Life-long Learning, and Water and Air Quality.
