Richland Health Network

The Richland Health Network is a collaborative effort between Sidney Health Center, Richland County Health Department, and Richland County Commission on Aging.

The mission of the Richland Health Network is building healthy communities through networking and health promotion. 

The Network, being a virtual community of practice, comes together over issues consistent with its mission. The partners of Richland Health Network have identified areas of for collaboration where the agencies working together can create a greater impact on community health than each working apart. The following issues are considered appropriate for collaboration between the Richland Health Network partners:

• Senior Home Visiting Program
• Senior Health Coalition
• Community health assessment, planning, programming, and other related activities, including chronic disease management and wellness-related efforts deemed by each agency as appropriate for the Network
• Access to health care issues
