Party in the Park
Keep the Fun Going AFTER the Color Race
2015 Party in the Park

This year's Party in the Park (a family-friendly gathering full of fun, entertainment, games, and food)  will feature a carnival presented by the Partnership for Promise!

Although the games and activities will be provided by the Partnership for Promise, there is still a need for food booths and vendors.  The Coalition would like to invite your non-profit to be a one of the vendors.  With the addition of the Partnership for Promise Carnival, this event may attract even more families than the race itself and will be an excellent way for non-profit organizations to connect with the community and raise funds to support their mission.  There is no charge to take part; only a firm commitment that you of what type of booth you will have.

Vendors are welcome to set up any time after 9am but must be in place before the completion of the Color Race.

The Color Race will kick off with a pre-race Latin Dance Warm up at 9:30am.  The actual race will begin at 10am with the “Party” following immediately after; we expect the entire day to wrap up by 1pm. Space will be limited and will be filled on a first come first served basis.

If you would like to be a part of this fun event, please call the Senior Coalition at 433-3701 and add your name to the list.  If we have your name and event/booth on file by April 15th, you will be included in the brochure and most advertisements for the event.

We hope to see you there!
