Richland County Planner Office, the City/County Planning Board and Richland County Health Department worked together to develop the County-wide Conference.
The Conference was used as a tool to identify ways the policies can be implemented and to gather data and community needs and issues for future policy updates.

As a result of the conferences Action Groups were formed to assist in implementing the policies, and to address Richland County's commuities issues and needs identified in the policies and from the data collected during the conference.
