The Planning Board meetings are scheduled the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.; held at USDA-ARS meeting room located at 1500 N Central Ave in Sidney, Montana; notices are posted in local newspapers, Planner Office, Richland County Courthouse, Sidney City Hall, and Fairview Town Hall.
