A Group of civic minded leaders has established the Sidney/Richland County Library Foundation. The
foundation will enrich & supplement, not replace traditional tax-based support for the library through gifts,
grants & bequests from individuals, businesses & organizations.

The foundation board of directors is committed in working together; to ensure that the library remains a vital
educational & informational center of our community, to raise funds that expand library capabilities & improve
facilities, to advocate for the library & to build an endowment to secure a stable financial future for the library.
