LIBRARY CARD
There is no fee for Richland County residents.
If you are not a Richland County resident or
landowner there is a $10.00 fee per year,
for single or couple.  $15.00 per year for family.

COMPUTERS
Internet – no fee, but must check out a computer at
the front desk before using.  
Out of town visitors may use the internet, but
must first check out the computer at the front desk
Printing is available at a charge of .10 per page for
black & white and $1.00 per page for color.

COPIES
.10 per side for 8x10 & 8x14
.20 per side for 11x17
$1.00 per side for Color

FAX
Sending a FAX - $.75 per page, for pages 1-5
and .50 for each additional page.
Receiving FAX - $.75 per page, for pages 1-5
and .50 for each additional page.

TYPEWRITER
A typewriter is provided for public use at no charge. 
You can furnish your own paper or purchase it at the
library for .10 per sheet.

DAMAGES
 Cost to repair, depends on type of damage, materials
needed and time used to make the repair.
          If damages are severe, or it will cost more to fix than
replace you will be charged replacement cost plus the processing fee of $5.00.
