                           MISSION STATEMENT

    To prevent and reduce youth delinquency, preserving the unity and welfare of the family whenever possible while providing fair, accurate judicial procedures and programming that provide balanced attention to protecting the community from delinquency, the imposition of accountability for offenses committed and the development of competencies to enable youth to become responsible and productive members of the communities of the Seventh Judicial District, serving equally the needs of the victim for restoration, the community for protection, and the youth for accountability, growth of competency and habilitation
