Municipal Election 2023

Candidate filing for the Municipal election opens at 8:00am on Thursday, April 20^th and closes at 5:00pm on Monday, June 19, 2023.

Submit Filing fees and paperwork in at Clerk & Recorder's office.

Please note the change of polling locations for Sidney and Fairview.

Sidney
Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 22 & 23 have been permanently moved to the Event Center at Richland County Fairgrounds from the previous polling location of the Sidney Assembly of God Church.  The Event Center address is 2118 W. Holly Street, Sidney, MT.   Precincts will remain as individual precincts.  Polling place hours are 7:00 am- 8:00pm on Election Day.
Fairview 
Precinct 12 has permanently moved to the new Senior Center in Fairview at 217 W. 5^th Street from the previous Polling place location of St. Catherine’s Church. Polling place hours are 7:00 am- 8:00pm on Election Day. 

The following precincts will have no changes and will vote at their regular polling places:
Precinct 5 -  Savage Senior Center  Hours are 7:00 am- 8:00pm on Election Day.
Precinct 7-   Lambert Old School Gym  Hours are 7:00 am- 8:00pm on Election Day.
Precinct 17- Girard Hall   Hours are 12:00 noon - 8:00pm on Election Day.
Precinct 19- Elmdale Hall   Hours are 12:00 noon - 8:00pm on Election Day.  

 The courthouse is the polling place for absentee voting and late registration.
