Who We Are
Learning Volunteers for Adults of Richland County is a non-profit organization that helps area adults meet individual learning goals using trained volunteers.
What We Do
We provide FREE CONFIDENTIAL help for adults to meet learning goals important to them. Goals can be anything from beginning reading or writing to help with college preparation. We can also help with special areas like preparing for the HiSet, studying for the citizenship test, and learning to speak English.
Where We Do This
We have an office in the Sidney-Richland County Library, 121 3rd Avenue NW, Sidney, MT (406-433-1917). You can contact us there or by direct cell phone at 406-480-1971. There is also a "contact us" link at the bottom of this page.
Why We Do This
The individuals involved with Learning Volunteers for Adults of Richland County believe that having the necessary reading, writing, math, and basic technology skills makes a person better able to fully function in today's society. Therefore, we want to help our area adults reach better skill levels to improve their own lives.
