Richland County cares about its senior citizens. To the left, you will find links to some helpful services that enable seniors to remain living a quality life, independently, for as long as possible. The Richland County Commission on Aging has a number of programs that range from nutrition, health and wellness, socialization and homemaking services. The RCCOA is funded by federal and state grants, county funds, and generous local contributions. All programs are open to seniors age 60 and over, regardless of income level.
