Richland County cares about its senior citizens. Below you will find links to some helpful services that enable seniors to remain living a quality life, independently, for as long as possible. The Richland County Commission on Aging has a number of programs that range from nutrition, health and wellness, socialization and homemaking services. Find out more about the Commission on Aging. Richland County Commission on Aging "Connecting Seniors in their Community" The Richland County Commission on Aging (RCCOA) offers a number of services to help our area Seniors (age 60 and over) continue to live as independently as possible. Our services are aimed at health, nutrition, socialization, and transportation. The RCCOA is funded by federal and state grants, county funds, and generous local contributions. All programs are open to seniors age 60 and over, regardless of income level. You can obtain the form by visiting your local Senior Center or the RCCOA Office.
