Purpose & Goals
The Richland County Law Enforcement Association (R.C.L.E.A.) was formed in 1977, to better the law enforcement officers that live and work within the boundaries of Richland County. R.C.L.E.A. is a nonprofit organization, with the purpose to promote and protect the professional, personal, and social welfare of the peace officers and their departments within the State of Montana. The association also works to educate and train the members in police work and procedures with training programs that affect the efficient and orderly functions of law enforcement. The association's goal is to promote better understanding and good will among the general public for police activities and problems within Richland County.
