About Immunizations
Immunizations are provided to all age groups. To help us serve you better, please bring:
It is your responsibility to determine what vaccines are covered under your insurance. If you or your child is uninsured, please call for pricing. We are a Vaccines for Children provider.
- Your immunization record card
- Any of the following that applies to you:
- Medicaid card
- Healthy Montana Kids/CHIPS card
- Medicare card/Medicare Advantage
- Private insurance card
- Cash or check
- Now accepting debit / credit cards
- Payment is expected at time of service
- Is your child enrolled in Medicaid / Chips?
- Do you qualify for IHS (Indian Health Service) or other federally funded insurance?
- Do you have health insurance that pays for vaccines?

Vaccine Availability
We carry routine vaccines for children and adults. Notably, we carry
PPD tests (also known as TB tests, sometimes required for employment) are generally placed on Mondays and checked on Wednesdays, by appointment. You should be prepared to pay for your test at the time it is placed.
We do not carry yellow fever vaccine. Please contact Upper Missouri District Health Unit.
- Shingrix, a vaccine for those 50 and older to protect against the shingles virus
- Arexvy, a vaccine for those 60 and older to protect against RSV (respiratory syncytial virus)
- Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for ages 6 months and older (for comprehensive answers to your COVID-19 vaccine questions, visit the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia)
- Flu vaccine for those 6 months and older, including high dose for those 65 and older
- Typhoid vaccine for those who are traveling.

Vaccination Clinic Hours
- Regular Clinic Hours - Monday, Tuesday Wednesday from 10:00am to 4:30 pm, by appointment
- Late Shot Clinic - Second Wednesday of every month from 10:00am to 6:00 pm by appointment
- Thursday Clinic - Third Thursday of every month from 10:00 to 12:00 and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, by appointment
- COVID-19 Vaccines- By appointment, during above regular clinic hours
Call the Health Department at 406-433-2207 to make an appointment for child and adult routine vaccines or a COVID vaccine.
