Montana Law Help provides free DIY legal information, forms, advice, and representation in court by Montana Legal Services Association.

The Montana Legal Services Developer in the Office on Aging, provides elder law training and resources for older adults, family members and social outreach workers. 

Montana Legal Services Developer offers a number of fill-in-the-blank Planning Documents including:
  • Declaration of Homestead
  • Declaration of Living Will
  • Financial Power of Attorney
  • Wills
  • Transfer on Death Deed
  • Affidavit of Death
  • Affidavit for Termination of Joint Tenancy
