Richland County Local Advisory Council on Behavioral Health The Local Advisory Council is made up of community partners and consumers that work to identify mental health and substance misuse challenges in Richland County. Meeting Date: every 4th Thursday Time: 2pm Location: Community Services Building, 2nd floor room 202 (upstairs from the health department) Behavioral Health & Crisis Coordination in Richland County The Richland County Health Department provides foundational support to the county behavioral health and crisis coordination efforts.
